Our mission is to empower women and girls interested in cybersecurity by providing support, programs and services to remove roadblocks and obstacles throughout the life-cycle of their careers.
We aim to increase diversity and inclusion while lowering the skills and gender gaps within the cyber workforce. An estimated 3.5 million jobs will be vacant by 2021.
