The Cybersecurity Diverse Workforce Directory (DWD) is a database of highly-qualified women in cybersecurity as well as early stage candidates seeking internship opportunities who need a hand up to start their careers. All candidates are vetted to ensure they meet the requirements of this program.
DWD offers employers an opportunity to gain access to candidates at various level of seniority, skill and domains experience for a more inclusive and prosperous workforce.
The database also provides women in cybersecurity an opportunity to join an exclusive network to help them stand out to potential employers who value and understand the importance of diversity and inclusivity within the industry.
Employers and candidates will gain access to the cybersecurity workforce directory to select from contract, permanent and internship opportunities to aid in cybersecurity workforce development.
